12. Kembali pada tampilan Phone and Modem Options
13. Pada tab bagian atas pilih Modems
14. Pilih modem yang sudah terinstall tadi, yaitu Standar 33600 mbps Modem
15. Klik Properties
16. Pada tab bagian atas pilih Diagnostics
17. Tekan Query Modem (pastikan bahwa proses ini sukses)
18. Tekan Ok
19. Pada tab bagian atas pilih Advanced
20. Masukkan Extra Settings : AT+CGDCONT=1,"IP","indosatgprs"
21. Tekan Ok
22. Ok lagi
Langkah selanjutnya membuat Network Connection.
Pilih Start => All Programs => Accessories =>Communications => Network Connection.

How to Make Your CDs and DVDs Last Longer
Keeping your CDs and DVDs in good condition is crucial to their longevity. It can be very frustrating when you discover that your audio CD that you haven’t played in a year now skips in your player. CD and DVD media can realistically over 10 years if handled and stored properly. You should also do the following:
When you buy blank media always purchase high quality.
Grade A discs. You do get what you pay for in this market. In my opinion, the best manufacturers are Taiyo Yuden, Sony and Verbatim.
Write on your media with pens specially designed for CDs and DVDs.
If you write with a regular ballpoint pen, you might damage the recording layer of the disc. Either the pressure from the tip of then pen will cause damage or, over the time, the ink from the pen will seep into the disc.
Don’t store your media in high temperatures.
I have known clients who store their media in shelves above their heaters. Although optical media can theoretically withstand temperatures as high as 50 degrees Celsius, it is best to keep the ambient temperature around 25 degrees. Store the discs in paper wallets or plastic casing such as clam shells to prevent dust and scratches. Also, try to hold the outside edges of the disc when you transport it from case to drive and back again.
Don’t use paper labels on your media.
This is especially important for discs that you use frequently or that might stay in your drive. It can get very hot in a CD or DVD drive. The heat of the drive, plus the spinning of the disc as it is read by the laser, can cause the labels to start to bubble and the peel. The balance of the disc will be disrupted and you will receive read errors. Even worse, the disc could become stuck in the drive. Another reason to stay away from these labels is the adhesive used can eventually seep into the reflective and dye layers of the disc rendering it useless.

Yang lain juga banyak yang mengalaminya. sebagian mengaitkan kejadian ini dengan pemblokiran beberapa web/blog yang memuat video ‘Fitna’ oleh pemerintah Indonesia. sebagian juga ada yang mengaitkan kejadian ini dengan ungkapan RS( Roy Suryo ) beberapa Waktu yang lalu bahwa blogger adalah penipu. Dan sebagian lagi ada yang mengatakan bahwa kejadian ini tidak ada sangkut pautnya dengan pemerintah Indonesia khususnya bagian yang terkait. Bisa jadi hal ini terjadi karena jaringan atau penyedia internetnya saja atau mungkin juga pihak Google sedang melakukan perbaikan. karena Waktu itu tidak semua orang mengalaminya. JIKA SELAMA INI ANDA MENGGUNAKAN HP HANYA UNTUK KOMUNIKASI ANTAR HP YANG LAINNYA,MAKA, SEKARANG COBA MENGGUNAKAN HP SEBAGAI MODEM UNTUK KONEKSI INTERNET (for Internet Connection). ADAPUN ALAT YANG DIBUTUHKAN SBB:
1. HP YANG MENDUKUNG GPRS.
2. KARTU AKTIF YANG MEMILIKI PULSA YANG CUKUP.
3. KABEL DATA, BLUETOOTH ATAU INFRA MERAH(data cable, bluetooth, or infrared). SANGAT DIANJURKAN MENGGUNAKAN KABEL DATA JIKA ADA.
4. DAN YANG TIDAK KALAH PENTING ADALAH PC/KOMPUTER.
DALAM HAL INI SAYA MENGGUNAKAN HANDPHONE SONY ERICSSON K3201, DENGAN KARTU MENTARI DAN INFRARED, DAN WINDOWS XP.

UNTUK KONFIGURASI GPRS DI HP KETIKKAN PESAN/SMS KE 3000 DENGAN FORMAT SBB:
GPRS (space) MEREK HP (space) TYPE HP.
CONTOH: GPRS SE K310 (for Sony Ericsson K320i ).
TUNGGU SAMPAI 1X24 JAM. JIKA PESAN DENGAN FORMAT ‘PENGATURAN GPRS DITERIMA’.
PILIH SIMPAN DAN MASUKKAN KATA SANDI(password) ‘1111’.

KLIK START MENU> CONTROL PANEL. SETELAH JENDELA CONTROL PANEL TERBUKA PILIH PENGATURAN TELPON DAN MODEM (Phone and Modem options).PILIH MODEMS,MAKA AKAN TERLIHAT MODEM YANG TERINSTALL TADI, YAITU ‘STANDARD MODEM OVER IR LINK’.
PILIH PROPERTIES >PILIH TAB DIAGNOSTICS, LALU KLIK QUERY MODEM.
PASTIKAN PROSES INI SUKSES.
SETELAH PROSES PENGINSTALLAN MODEM SELESAI, KITA BISA MELANJUTKAN KE PENGATURAN GPRS.
KLIK START MENU > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > COMMUNICATIONS > NETWORK CONNECTIONS. SETELAH JENDELA NETWORK CONNECTION TERBUKA PILIH 'CREATE A NEW CONNECTION”
TEKAN NEXT... PILIH ‘CONNECT TO THE INTERNET’,
TEKAN NEXT.. PILIH ‘SETUP MY CONNECTION MANUALLY’,
TEKAN NEXT.. PILIH ‘CONNECT USING A DIAL UP MODEM’,
TEKAN NEXT.. ISI ISP NAME DENGAN “INDOSATGPRS (DENGAN HURUF KECIL)”,
TEKAN NEXT… ISI PHONE NUMBER DENGAN “*99***1#”,

Masa Depan Mobile Search Engine 2010
Mobile Search - Masa Depan Search Engine pada tahun 2010 adalah topik yang sedang hangat di bicarakan saat ini.
Setelah
penulis berkelana dan ngintip seminar search engine yang diadakan oleh
Webinar, dapat disimpulkan akan ada beberapa perubahan mengenai
mekanisme Search Engine dan metode yang akan dikembangkan pada tahun -
tahun mendatang. Diantaranya adalah:
1. Perbaikan Frase Keyword
Pengembang
Search Engine akan memperbaiki beberapa Query mereka sehingga dapat
menghasilkan search result yang akurat, disisi lain mereka juga akan
memperbaiki Frase yang bersifat ambigu (Frase yang mempunyai banyak
arti) menjadi lebih baik. Beberapa pihak yang terlihat sedang melakukan
perbaikan adalah Yahoo, Live dan Ask. Google juga ikut melakukan
perbaikan (anda dapat melihat bagian bawah pada search result page),
Contoh:
Anda ketikkan keyword "cet and dog" pada search Google,
coba anda perhatikan ada yang salah terhadap keyword nya yaitu "cet"
yang seharusnya "cat", dengan kesalahan keyword maka Frase tersebut
akan di anggap Ambigu oleh google, sebagai perbaikannya google akan
memberikan alternatif perbaikan Frase seperti berikut:
2. Hasil yang Lebih Berguna
Daniel Read dari Ask telah menggunakan tehnik 3D dalam mengambil lebih banyak informasi dari Search Query, contoh:
Anda mengetikkan keyword "cat" (tanpa tanda kutip) pada ask.com
Maka ASK selain memberikan hasil "Search Result", dia juga memberikan hasil untuk search :

topik yang sedang hangat di bicarakan, penggunaan Handphone tidak lepas
dari kehidupan manusia setiap harinya, perkembangan teknologi handphone
terus mendekatkan kita dengan dunia internet. Terutama di wilayah asia,
mayoritas penduduk di asia lebih suka menggunakan handphone daripada
komputer mereka, termasuk untuk mengakses internet. Google
mengembangkan versi "Google Mobile Search" guna memberikan kemudahan
pengaksesan terhadap database search engine mereka.
Salah satu
Perusahaan CellPhone iPhone telah mengembangkan teknologi internet
handphone secara signifikan dengan multitouch capabilities dan smoother
user experience. Apa yang dilakukan perusahaan iPhone telah membuat
level baru dalam dunia Mobile Search.

Salah satu cara ampuh untuk mendapatkan link popularity dan menaikkan page ranking dimata search engine adalah dengan cara mengirim (submit) artikel ke banyak direktori artikel ( Articles Directory ) semakin banyak artikel kita yang di approve (diterima) makin bagus pula popularity website kita di search engine sehingga dapat menaikkan traffic, selain itu dengan banyaknya artikel kita yang "nempel" di situs lain kemungkinan kita mendapatkan traffic gratis juga semakin besar.
Direktori artikel umumnya mempunyai page ranking yang tinggi ( PR 5 keatas) di google, sehingga dengan adanya link kita yang biasanya ada di signature artikel nempel di situs yang page rankingnya tinggi kemungkinan kita akan dapat "pembagian" PR 1 atau 2 tingkat. Saya merekomendasikan ezinearticles.com, articlecity.com dan articledashboard.com, saya juga membuat sebuah artikel directory ArticleCillin.com untuk anda coba.
Salah satu tool yang bagus untuk mempermudah pengiriman (submit ) artikel ke banyak artikel direktori adalah article submitter. Dengan tool ini proses pengiriman artikel menjadi lebih sederhana dan cepat karena kita tidak perlu mengulang - ulang mengisi form article submit, form ini akan diisi secara otomatis oleh article submitter, sehingga yang kita lakukan hanyalah mengisi category dan kita langsung bisa submit artikel tersebut ke direktori artikel.
Secara default article submitter menyertakan lebih dari 100 alamat article directory yang langsung bisa kita kirim (submit) artikel kita, daftar directory artikel ini dapat kita tambah atau kita kurangi sesuai dengan direktory artikel yang kita ikuti, di article submitter saya ada sekitar 100 alamat semua bisa saya submit artikel dalam waktu 2 jam.
Sebelum mulai submit artikel kita terlebih dahulu harus mendaftar (sign up) ke semua direktori artikel tersebut dan setelah kita terdaftar dan conform kita dapat submit artikel sebanyak banyaknya. Saran saya pada waktu mendaftar gunakan lah username yang sama untuk semua direktori artikel dan gunakan alamat email pada waktu mendaftar sebagai username. Selamat mencoba
